PROJECT DEFINITION

We develop automatic machines starting from client-supplied designs, in any format, paper or digital. During the different phases of the project, we interface regularly with the Customer and collaborate together to create a superior quality product at the best price possible, using various production techniques.

COMPONENT PRODUCTION

We coordinate an integrated supplier network to manufacture all necessary components necessary for the raelization of the entire machine or parts of it, following the order, which is carried out by controlling delivery times and estimated costs.

DIMENSIONAL TESTING

We certify the quality of mechanical components through our internal testing department.

LOGISTICS AND STORAGE MANAGEMENT

Our highly automated logistics ensure material traceability, flexibility, and reduced lead times.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Based on the drawings provided, our specialized technicians assemble machines according to client specifications: the automatic machine takes shape until it is perfectly functional and responds exactly to the specifications requested by the Customer.

FINAL TESTING

Each machine undergoes through specific testing to ensure optimal performance.
