DINO & C. S.N.C.” is founded,
located in Via Cà Ricchi in San
Lazzaro di Savena (BO),
specializing in the assembly of
automatic machines. The C20s,
IMA's first machines (tea machines),
were assembled here.
“RODA ENRICO DI VIGNOLI
DINO & C. S.N.C.” moves to Via Caselle
in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO). The company
was initially located in a single warehouse and,
due to the growth of production volumes,
a second building was added, where the offices
and part of the assembly were moved,
allowing it to cover an area of 500+500 m².
Right here, starting from 1994, Andrea Zaccari,
current CEO of Logimatic, began working
as a sales agent.
RODA SRL is born, acquiring the business
branch of ENRICO DI VIGNOLI DINO & C. S.N.C.
It is made up of Dino Vignoli, Quaranta Maria Grazia,
and Mirco Spaliviero, who transitions from
employee to partner. In parallel,
LOGIMATIC is founded, composed of partners
Dino Vignoli (founding partner of RODA),
Andrea Zaccari (current CEO of Logimatic),
Mariagrazia Quaranta, and 4 employees,
with headquarters in Via Caselle
in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO).
LOGIMATIC moves with RODA SRL
to Via Nobel in Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO).
In 2006, Logimatic had 5 employees:
1 in the purchasing office, 1 in the production office,
1 warehouse worker, 1 external collaborator,
and Andrea Zaccari (current CEO of Logimatic).
It operated as a logistics/commercial company.
Logimatic moves to the new building
in Via della Grafica in Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO).
